Cloud-usage채널에 GCP 알림이 오지 않아 확인하여 보니
저번에 사용하지 않는 ECR 이미지 삭제하는 작업 중 GCP Usage를 포스팅하는 이미지를 삭제한 듯함.
코드를 다시 작성할 필요.

현재 GCP계정 결제 이슈로 홀드 해결 후 진행
