Currently if you run GitArmor at the Org level, it will first run the checks for the organization and then automatically run the repository checks taking the repository policy as input.
Improvements
Allow the user to choose whether GitArmor should run the repository checks for each repo or not.
Possible solutions
Add another setting in the .env file dedicated to this feature
