Font size for show_value: true

Is there a way to change it. ie make it bigger? Us old guys need bigger fonts :)

Yes there is!
Show_value works by internally adding a trace which inherits all settings from the source entity, which then shows text via texttemplate, so

entities:
   entity: sensor.xys
   show_value: true
   textfont:
       size: 15

will change the font size. You can change more font settings https://plotly.com/javascript/texttemplate/

I'm doing development on a pretty complex controller for a commercial smoker. There are several inputs and outputs and temps that are being graphed. I've noticed that if I zoom in to a 15 minute window, more often than not the graph stops updating and I have to reload the entire browser. I know the values are updating as I can switch over to a different dashboard and see the correct values. Any ideas why that happens? In this example, the red line lags all other values, but is updated at the same time as the rest.

It happens on my Mac and Ubuntu, Brave, Chrome & Safari browsers, so I don't think it's OS/browser related.

This has happened in the past on my pellet stove project when I'd watch the Auger signal in real time. Data points would just stop appearing. Browser reload brings them back. It also happens on the iPad HA app. Refreshing the app brings them back.
