I'm not too sure why but the code block hasn't populated for dbt build on the preview. When I've added a suggestion (to amend it, it's no different to the one you've typed out). Hope that makes sense.

this PR updates the get started page and turns the core quickstart links into cards per feedback and git issue and so it's consistent with the cloud quickstart representation
