[CT-2040] Include model version in alias

Update the default implementation of the generate_alias_name macro to add a _v{version} suffix, when a model version is available.

I'm envisioning logic like this, to replace what's there right now:

{% macro default__generate_alias_name(custom_alias_name=none, node=none) -%}
    {%- if custom_alias_name -%}
        {{ return(custom_alias_name | trim) }}
    {%- elif node.version -%}
        {{ return(node.name ~ "_v" ~ node.version) }}
    {%- else -%}
        {{ return(node.name) }}
    {%- endif -%}
{%- endmacro %}

No changes needed in adapters.
