IE11 - Removing Prefix JS error #46

In IE11 when attempting to remove a prefix from a client, a JS error is produced.

Reproduce:

Choose any client
Goto prefixes
Choose a existing prefix
Click remove

Unable to reproduce after further extensive testing, possibly resolved with other changes.
