Is there an existing issue for this?

Problem statement

Add a parameter to PipelinesCrawler to only crawl specific pipelines and not the entire list of pipelines in the workspace

Proposed Solution

Add a parameter like include_databases in https://github.com/databrickslabs/ucx/blob/main/src/databricks/labs/ucx/hive_metastore/tables.py#L375
