[FEATURE]: Identify mounts as ADLS gen1 or blob for Azure Databricks as part of UCX assesment to speed up analysis and storage upgrade

Problem statement

UC upgrades on Azure involve upgrading ADLS Gen1 or Blob storage accounts and it will be nice to show this data as part of UCX assessment results.

Proposed Solution

Currently we list out external locations and mounts tied to a workspace as part of the dashboard. It will be great if we can show whether those mounts/locations are External Location compatible ( a.ka HNS enables and ADLS Gen2)

@rkkalluri You can see this information in ucx.external_locations table and on the assessment dashboard. Isn't it enough?

@nfx in the external_location part in UCX assessment report we don't get the information whether the storage is Gen1 or Gen2 and also we don't get the idea whether it is HNS Enabled. Can we reopen this ticket and work on this.

Update:

Removing the following from the original scope:

And if the workspace is already UC enabled with Storage Credentials that support migrating those mounts to External Locations we can show that those are ready to migrate to External Location.

Focus solely on showing

the information whether the storage is Gen1 or Gen2 and also ... whether it is HNS Enabled.
