pyarmor subfolder include issue when creating exe using pyinstaller

i guys i have python application i have successfully encrypted py files using pyarmor when i make exe using pyinstaller then it is not including my subfolder may be pyinstaller is not reading pyarmor compiled files.. can anyone help me

what i did exactly

1. i run pyarmor to obfuscated my whole script using command pyarmor gen -O dist6 - r -i src/mypkg
   it did all obfuscated files including subfolders.

2. then i run pyinstaller with .spec file to create exe here it is not including subfolders into exe earlier it was doing before obfuscated

so my request is how to pack them togather after obfuscated using pyinstaller
