- 400 g flour
- 16 g yeast
- 100 g butter
- 220 ml milk
- 12 g salt
- 40 g sugar

I'm 26 years of age I arrived in Berlin 6 years ago for a music production college degree and decided to stay
to make pancakes you need flour, milk and eggs
First add the flour to a bowl with 1/2 eggs and slowly add milk to create your batter.
Once the batter is made you can then grease a pan with butter and fry your pancake
Don't forget to add some sugary toppings!
