Custom role "View all Collections"

Hello All,

After the update, we can see that the User role is not accessible to view all collections
That's fine, and I think it's a good idea to have this role

But is it possible to create a custom role as View all Collections?

I don't think that this is possible because we currently use the existing Custom role as a placeholder for the deprecated Manager role and thus we only have support for the Manage all collections permission.

Changing the role to "View all Collections" instead would not make sense to me. And adding support for the other custom permissions we would first need to deprecate the Manager role ourselves which I don't think would be a bad idea but I'm not sure if anyone is working on this right now.

But even if we added support for custom permissions I don't think that we would add an "view all collections" permission because that's currently not even an available option for the custom role:

Adding an additional role or permission is not feasible because we would have to not only rework our permission system but also modify the web-vault to support that. So this would be outside the scope of this project in my opinion.
