I would rename the issue to receipt collision. Also, I think this should be more of an issue for the mod pack author than one of the mod authors. There are only a limited number of recipes with the balance and logical item usage for the item being created, there will be collisions with how many mods there are.

OK OK, i report in FTB revelation git hub, but i just post here to check if problem are mod authors or mod pack authors.

With recipe collisions from in a mod pack with the mods being from separate authors, it's ALWAYS a mod pack issue.

If a mod was colliding with itself then I would report it to the mod author (after replicating outside of the mod pack)
