user story

As a damus enjoyer who wants to configure a particular setting, I would like to be able to readily search for a setting (e.g. dark mode), so that I don't have to launch a search expedition for search menu setting.

acceptance criteria

1. (similar to MacOS) allow user to search for a setting (MacOS: Adding a search interface to your app #2048 )
2. if setting exists, damus returns setting result visually
3. if user clicks on the setting search result, damus redirects user to the deep-linked settings menu
4. once linked in settings menu, user does not need to scroll further to find the setting they were looking for
5. damus user can click away from search results
