Missing lowercase for Ɠ,Ɣ,Ɯ,Ɲ,Ʊ and Ʋ

The fonts is missing some lowercase equivalents to the following uppercase letters:

Ɠ: G with hook, U+0193
Ɣ: Latin gamma, U+0194
Ɯ: Capital turned M, U+019C
Ɲ: N with left hook, U+019D
Ʊ: Latin capital upsilon, U+01B1
Ʋ: Capital letter V with hook, U+ 01B2

Someone fix this for me, please!

This font is very patchy. This reminds me of #66, where I found that there is support for ⟨Ⱥ⟩ but not ⟨ⱥ⟩; funny.
