Show a warning when the window is closed with the "Close all non-running jobs" setting active and non-empty jobs are present #128

This is already the case for unsubmitted jobs, but it should also be the case for finished jobs, at least the first time this happens. It might be a good idea to add a "don't warn me again" option. In addition, there should be an option to "Keep all jobs opened", and also an option to remember this choice.
