Description

Pressing the "dotted I" key moves the cursor to the far left of the line instead of writing "dotted I" character. (See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C4%B0 for "dotter I")

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Use Turkish Q or Turkish F keyboard
  2. Press caps lock (switch to upper case)
  3. Write down some sample words
  4. Press the "dotted I" key
  5. You should see that the cursor has moved to the far left of the line
