Hey David,

groet,

Erik

… You can now decide to allow/disallow large length of extrusions to be executed.

Turning off the protection might be beneficial to those who want to do fast and long reversals.

Of course I should've written that in English ;)
Well, I'm trying to adopt the good behavior of working in git in a more transparent fashion. This first pull request (in a long time) is to get the ball rolling again.

Changes look fine to me.

A few comments:

  • MOTHERBOARD 71 is also an Ultimaker.
  • I don't think "Store memory" is any clearer then "Store EEPROM". But I don't know anything better :P
  • M115 always reports 1 extruder. You can use http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/cpp/Stringification.html to get the EXTRUDERS define into a string.
