Runs created with the materialize() function create ephemeral jobs that are not monitored by the RunStatusMonitorDefinition unless you specify monitor_all_code_locations. It seems counter-intuitive that you would need to do this in order to pickup ephemeral jobs.
Can we have a cleaner way to indicate that we want to monitor the status of ephemeral runs.
