Hi,

whats the recomended way to put this code?

App::instance('config', function($app){
    $loader = $app->getConfigLoader();
    $writer = October\Rain\Config\FileWriter($loader, $app['path'].'/config');
    return new October\Rain\Config\Repository($loader, $writer, $app['env']);
})

Maybe in App::filter() ?
