Good morning,
I was wondering whether it is possible to add VERTICT model to the list of models. I found a matlab version but not a python one.

best regards,
Daniele

Hi @Dtolomeo,

today at the "micro2macro" BrainHack we implemented the SANDI model (see #105), so perhaps we could try implementing VERDICT as well! Do you wanna give this a try?

Apologies for the late reply.
I would like to learn how to implement VERDICT. Could you give me some indications on how to do it ?

best,
Daniele

Hi Daniele,

the VERDICT model (prostate) was originally implemented in the MATLAB version of AMICO, see here. The SANDI model that we recently implemented into the Python version is here. Taking this latter as an example, the translation should be pretty straightforward.
Sounds good? In case, @MarioOcampo can assist you!

Thank you very much ! I'll give it a try and ask Mario in case of need.

Hi @Dtolomeo ,

as some people asked for this model to be incorporated, I was wondering whether you have had any success in implementing it or if you're willing to discuss for possible collaboration on this.

Best,
Ale
