Uncheck r,g,b channel makes image not visible anymore

Not sure if it's a pims-plugin-format-dicom issue or pims, but when viewing wsidicom files, if we uncheck a R,G,B channel in the Colors panel, the image is not properly displayed. However, adjusting min/max/gamma/invert of these channels works. Tested with a BP Test-Dicom image on demo-dev.
