When uploading a seemingly faulty image and triggering an error on the IMS (e.g. cytomine/Cytomine-IMS#33 or other errors of the java.lang.Exception: Openslide is unable to read nature) either the upload status is stuck at "Detecting format" or "Deploying", but without any error message visible to the user.

Please forward the error to the UI.
