Add Cypress 10 to vitesse-nuxt3 starter template

This task is unrelated to unification and can be done post-release.

Antfu (Nuxt Core Team + Vite Core Team) asked for Cypress E2E support in his Vitesse Nuxt 3 starter. Currently, there is no other way to test Nuxt 3 (with Vite) apps.
