Prepare for 0.2 Alpha Release

This formerly referenced a "1.0" release, but I decided to use ZeroVer instead due to historical and personal preference reasons. All the same issues are going to be addressed, however*

There's been a ton of changes to nix-mineral, without any new stable releases. Clearing out the current backlog of issues and proceeding to QA testing is the main obstacle before this major release.

Particularly, the following issues need to be addressed:

Others are lower priority, and could probably be booted to a minor patch after 0.2.

Then, testing must take place since it's been a long time since the latest version of nix-mineral has been manually checked for all functionality.
