After patching and running Photoshop Beta last update, there is an unexpected error that prevents the program from running.

Okay thanks for the report.
At the moment I've no windows system nor Photoshop. And due to work not the time to go into it.

I recommend using an older version or instead of this patch the
CCloader + Photoshop 2019 combo.
