vscode-cue has a new home!

The vscode-cue project has a new home! With special thanks to @betawaffle for the initial implementation, vscode-cue has now moved under the cue-sh organisation, the idea being that having a central organisation for non-core but key projects like this helps with visibility, attracting contributors etc.

For anyone who has an existing clone of the project a redirect exists from old to new locations, but please run the following to change the remote URL (a more robust solution in case of any future issues with the redirect):

git remote set-url origin https://github.com/cue-sh/vscode-cue
git fetch origin
