Is there a possibility to add some kind of comment field in the web interface, so we can add comments after an analysis is done, additional comments regarding the analyzed file. And also the possibility to store this within the mongodb ?

The tasks database table offers the custom column which can be used for this purpose. I'm not sure if the Web interface offers functionality around this column though. Might be something worthy to add.
