Enable / Disable current tool

This is an enhancement request.

The fact that I need to close the app every time I finish to capture something I wanted on the screen, just to disable all the cursor visual effects or the drawings on the screen is a bit annoying.

I would like to open the app and keep it running "forever", then with some shortcut simply bring back the lines and measurement tools with the main window visible.

To accomplish that, a shortcut to ENABLE / DISABLE the current selected tool would be necessary. When DISABLING, every visual effect on the screen shall be fully disabled.

On a side note, I loved the app, honestly. It's been a while that I don't see a software worth donationt to. Congrats!
