We need to validate parameters passed in on the command through the bot.

Line number should be a number in the file
Ensure existing file in the solution - whisper if not exists
Prompt on whisper if multiple files match
Accept "this" as the filename to refer to the current text editor
Handle project / folder / file path explicit search
