Are there any plans to upgrade to ASP.NET Core 3.1? ASP.NET Core 3.1 has a nice feature:
The ability to publish a single exe file in .NET Core 3.0

I know this issue is quite old, but just want to let you know I am running the Solution in Visual Studio 2022 using .NET 8.0 and it is running just fine.
