The login pages for the jupyter and frontier Hubs are publicly accessible, and a person can attempt to login with their GitHub credentials, only to be met with a 403: Forbidden error. The login page for each of these Hubs should contain a link to the CSDMS JupyterHub wiki page, with an explanation that a user needs to apply for access to these Hubs before their GitHub credentials will work.
