Move to NPM

Thanks to @dfreeman, ember-sinon now gets sinon from NPM instead of bower. When upgrading from a prior version, you should remove sinonjs from bower.json.

Remove QUnit

Explicit QUnit support is removed in version 0.3.0. You should use ember-sinon-qunit instead.
