Hi, croneter!

(I would attach logs if you suggest what actions should I do during logging)

My setup is like this:
Plex Server with Plex Pass on a windows PC with configured remote access and proper port forwarding.
PKC on RBPi4 with LibreELEC - working wonderfully for a couple of years already. Firewall disabled.
Echo Dot 5 device with Plex skill enabled and Alexa can find the server.
All of them on the same network 192.168.1.*.

What works well:
Alexa can find my server and select it.
Alexa can find Plex on my phone (Android) and also my Chromecast with Google TV, can select it and can control it successfully.
From Plex on my phone I can see PKC and fling content to it successfully. Can play/stop/rewind etc.

The issue is:
Alexa does not recognize PKC as a Plex Companion when I say "Alexa, ask/tell Plex to change my player".
It responds with "I could not find any Plex Companion players on your network".
Both Echo Dot and my phone Alexas behave the same.

Tried:
Changing the port from 3005 to 3006, rebooted - same behavior.
netstat -a on LibreELEC shows port 3005 as 0.0.0.0:3005 LISTEN.
Disabling/enabling Alexa in PKC settings, reboot - same behavior.
Alexa connection status in PKC settings: Connected.

Any ideas?

Many thanks!

I've got the same issue. I can fling media to the PlexKodiConnect using the Plex app on my phone, so it's a valid player as far as Plex is concerned. However I just can't get Alexa to "see" it. If I ask Alexa to change the Plex player, I just get the "" could not find any Plex Companion players on your network".

If I have the android Plex app open, Alexa finds that no problem, but it doesn't manage to find PlexKodiConnect

Follow up: got Alexa to pick up PKC by signing out of Plex and back in again on Kodi, but it's not actually playing anything...
