Can't push back to git, or pull from git. #38

Maybe there is a way to do this but after a bit of a hunt I couldn't figure it out. I also can't work out how to pull down the latest changes.

This is two missing features.

Implement push #16 - Implement Push
Better update/merge GUI #28 - Better UI for pulling in remote changes
