Add support for ordered list start value and reverse list numbering

The core/list block supports setting a custom start value for ordered lists, as well as a reverse list numbering feature that works on top level ordered list items:

Since #14 adds transform support from core/list to createwithrani/superlist, it'd be great if ordered lists in Super List also support those same features.
