Behaviour

The DNS record belongs to Microsoft and is as far as I can tell a CDN load balancer for insideruser.microsoft.com. With it being blocked it is not possible to sign into the Microsoft Insider Program with the error message We can't reach the Windows Insider Program right now under Windows Update -> Windows Insider Program
