Bold Field Labels to Improve Scannability

I propose bolding the field labels on publish pages to improve scannability. Once publish pages grow, finding what you're looking for is just generally harder than it should be.

I was thinking, "But they are bold". Turns out they've been bold on all my installs for a while because I added that change to my Guano plugin a long time ago. :) Pushed to github now: https://github.com/aelvan/Guano-Craft

But I agree that this should be improved in stock Craft too.
