两个不同浏览器登录同一个用户A，这个时候其他的用户B发送消息给用户A，两个浏览器会轮流收到消息(也就是说一个浏览器规律性的一次接收得到，一次接不到)，怎么做到两个浏览器同时可以收到消息呢？
