Issues with recurring events

There are multiple bugs related to recurring events. I gathered them here so it's easier to track.

• the date of an occurrence of the serie is wrong (the date of an occurence of a serie of events is wrong #403)
• error while setting time of recurring event (Error setting hours of a recurring event #457 and Several bugs in the display of a recurring event #607)
• wrong end date of recurring event (Wrong end date of recurrent event #545)

An issue related to timezones:

• wrong timezone of recurring events (Wrong timezone for recurring events #433 and Error in timezone management #602)
