S:R190M is a rare mutation (about 1000 seqs since 2020), once emerged in some branches of B.1.1.198 and BA.5.1 sublineages. Nowadays FR.1 (BN.1.2.3.1) has spread in China, despite the propotion is relatively small, but still has a certain growth rate, and FR.1+S:R190M branch has notable advantage to its parent lineage.
