Looking for new localization maintainers for French and Spanish

We are now looking for new maintainers for the existing localizations below since the original maintainers could no longer continue maintenance:

• French (France)
• Spanish (Spain)

Since most parts have already been localized, the new maintainers will check unreviewed strings once and localize future updates.
Please feel free to leave a comment if you are interested in maintaining CotEditor's localization.
