  • Query account balances for other chains (outstanding escrow) - CLI command in ICS 20
  • CLI command to send MsgTransfer (may already exist, needs end to end tests)

which queues and data? Can you specify the action items?

All queues are in ICS 2/3/4. ICS 20 should have the ability to send transfer packets.

The CLI/REST code seems to exist but needs to be tested. Documentation would also be helpful.

Closing this PR as the 1st item is blocked on #1980 and moving x/supply to x/bank.
The 2nd item is done.
