These test vectors are not yet complete; blocked on ICS 6/7 (working on these at the moment) for standard client types & serialisation formats. Tracked in milestone 6 on the ICS repository & expected next week.

The eventual intention is for the ICS repository to provide a Go package of test vectors which can be imported by the SDK. Does that sound reasonable?
