Updated some bad baudrate multipliers. I have confirmed that baud-rates 5k,10k,20k,50k,100k,125k,250k,500k,1000k are working correctly with a Peak-System PCAN-USB dongle.
The receive example will now work on highly utilized buses. It will also generate an output with the received ID and data all formatted on one line and displayed in hexadecimal.
Sorry, but there is a bug. Sending can bus telegrams with unter 125 K B does not work! The timeout value must be a dynamic variable instead of a define.
