Subject: [PATCH] tests: Remove unused smoke.sh + tfvars file

The smoke.sh bash script is fully replaced by the Ruby scripts and
thereby not needed anymore. In addition the aws-vpc.tfvars file is
replaced by aws-vpc-internal.tfvars.json.
