Fixed streaming audio error

When using the code from the Streaming RNNs in TensorFlow
article(https://hacks.mozilla.org/2018/09/speech-recognition-deepspeech/),
I get this error:

'No such file or directory: 'rec': 'rec''

I suspect that this error is coming from the 'shlex.split( slash 'rec' slash
(My microphone is plugged in)

Any ideas?

rec is part of the sox package.
