Similar to contribution guidelines, it would be great to have reviewing guidelines that details the way in which reviews are expected to happen (e.g. do you resolve comments or not, are reviews from community members accepted). This would also give new contributors ideas on what to expect during the review process (i.e. when should I just ping a maintainer for review because my PR got lost).
