Cannot upload image from clipboard

Description

If you want to add an image to a chat, you have to save it to a file first and then upload it from the file picker. Copying an image from the browser or more commonly from snipping tool and then pasting it into the box doesn't work as I'd expect it to.

To reproduce

1. Take a screenshot with the snipping tool (WinKey + Shift + S), this is will add the screenshot to your clipboard
2. Open the chat window
3. Try to paste the image into box and fail
