my action lists instead of tags, I use separate lists for each context
my gtd lists, such as projects, someday/maybe, groceries etc
for groceries, I use Beorg (iOS app), Nextcloud backend and TODO tag “BUY”
Tickler folders, see David Allens book. Instead of 43 folders, only monthly folders and next year are used. For day to day tracking, agenda and schedule/deadline is used
