From the documentation at https://docs.confluent.io/current/connect/kafka-connect-s3/index.html#connect-s3

confluent-hub install confluentinc/kafka-connect-s3:6.0.0

Doesn't work. As you can see in https://www.confluent.io/hub/confluentinc/kafka-connect-s3, the latest version is 5.5.2. The documentation is wrong.
